Resilience

“Resilience” as a development framework has become an important and progressive way to promote individuals and communities so that they are in a position to: 1) navigate psychological, social, cultural, and physical resources to sustain their well-being; and, 2) negotiate so that resources are provided and experienced in culturally meaningful ways. The Resilience Pillar utilises this framework to design and deploy tailored durable solutions that address specific and fragile contexts affected by natural disasters, political instability, and/or socio-economic change.
